・Refill green tea regularly, monitor order receipt and fulfillment times, ensure cleanliness, check condiment availability, and greet customers courteously.
・Confirm the number of waiting customers, provide menus in advance, offer counter seating if available, and explain table situations.
・Confirm the number of customers, lead customers to their table, present the menu and order QR code with both hands, explain ordering, and handle any queries. Recommend popular dishes to new customers.
・Prepare and refill sauces and condiments, stay alert to customer movements, confirm order accuracy, and assist with tasks in the seating area when needed.
・Perform a final check for left items, clear and clean tables, replenish condiments, and solicit customer feedback, encouraging positive reviews.
・Attend customer complaints and special requests

・ SPM/ Diploma/ Degree in any study field
・ Fresh graduate or 1 year of working experience as a service crew
・ Possess own transport
・ Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
・ Ability to work shifts, even over weekends and holidays.
