「CLOSED」JS Production Engineer (Mechanical Assembly) – Subang (Ref ID: 12694)

・Perform assembly work for all mechanical units including complex unit.
・Able to perform basic machine adjustment (internal process inspection).
・Able to perform simple customer product adjustment.
・Perform machine overhaul, servicing (troubleshoot) and vibration test for customer.
・Ability to detect potential problems during machine knockdown.
・Keep core machine shipment and delivery schedule.
・Provide training and guidance to new staffs.
・Provide assembly (internal & external) training and guidance to customers.
・Develop/ modify assembly instruction manual related to knockdown assembly.
・Control & manage of screws stock, tubing, ducts and related manufacturing items.
・Able to support electrical assembly unit
・Perform unit parallelism adjustment after units’ knockdown.
・Able to carry out mechanical step for machine knockdown.
・Screws top up for all screw boxes.
・Preparation of tubing for main body.
・Preparation of ducting stock.
・Other duties as assigned by superior
・Perform wiring layout for mechanical units.
・Conduct pre-QC check for mechanical units.
・Operate and follow within standard working instruction.
・Able to identify and rectify problems during units assembly work.
・Keep unit assembly time and schedule assigned.
・Preparation of tubing for main body.
・Preparation of ducting stock.

・ Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
・ Preferable Fresh graduate
・ Willing to travel local or oversea.
・ Willing to do overtime
・ Able to communicate in Japanese (JLPT N5 or above) & English
