・To coordinate staff training and hand-over for new facilities equipment introduction
・Manpower planning and structuring section organization for efficient workflow
・Keeps all work areas neat and orderly, practice good housekeeping

・ Minimum Degree in related field.
・ Minimum 5 years experience in managerial level
・ Able to communicate well in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above) & English
・ Able to understand Japanese term in manufacturing
