・Establish Operation Standard
・Ensure smooth operation of production processes
・Has responsibilities on production planning, material requirement, and oversees the installation and maintenance of machineries
・To ensure product uniformity;
・Handling of customer complaint
・Making improvement on production method, equipment performance and quality of work
・To participate in the management review of the Quality and Environmental Management System
・To adhere with Company Policy, Statutory and Regulation requirements and company international standard
・Any other reasonable duties which may be required by the management from time to time
・To ensure meet with Customer Requirement
・Monitoring and involve in NKK project, Kaizen and Departmental Management Programme (DMP) activities

・Degree holder or have experience in the related field will be considered
・Management experience(Manager / Assistant Manager) for 1 year above

・10 years working experience in Production
