「CLOSED」QA Manager – Kedah (Ref ID: 12820)

・Responsible for all quality related aspects for product output processes
・Implement Quality Assurance improvement activities for the above processes
・Supervise employees who are directly or indirectly associated with the product or process with regard to quality
・Monitor the reject percentage and prepare action plan for the reduction
・Monitoring and involve in NKK project, Kaizen and Departmental Management Programme (DMP) activities
・Monitor tooling conditions and prepare improvement plans for tooling maintenance control
・Continuous monitoring of the production process and systems parameters to adhere strictly to specifications
・Implement and monitor all trials/ process change conducted in order to improve the product and process
・Final decision on abnormal parts by special evaluation of quality relevant products and process measures in cooperation with production department
・Responsible on any matters/ feedback/ request from automotive customers and coordinate with subordinates and production staff to fulfill customer requirements.
・To liaise with Group companies on quality matters
・To improve customer rating performance

・Degree holder or have experience in the related field will be considered
・Experience in manufacturing background
・Management experience(Manager / Assistant Manager) for 2-3 years

・10 years working experience in Quality
