Senior Production Engineer – Perai (Ref ID: 13076)
・ To obtain the knowledge required to operate the Coating Machine.
・ Able to operate coating machine, input manufacturing conditions as recipe stated and carry out cleaning tasks.
・ Setting of coater head.
・ Perform machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
・ Arrange production schedule and supervise on-site production.
・ To inspect and make judgement on the input material quality and product quality.
・ Deal with outside vendors, release Purchase Order and manage inventory.
・ Keeps all work areas neat and orderly, practice good housekeeping.
・ Other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior from time to time.
・ Minimum Bachelor Degree in Electrical/ Electronic/ Machinery/ Mechanical /Mechatronics or equivalent
・ At least 5 years of working experience in industrial machine or with electronics devices especially for plastic film (Have experience in coating machine is a bonus)
・ Excellent interpersonal skills, presentations and leadership skills.
・ Have experience in manufacturing field
