「CLOSED」Products Specialist – Shah Alam (Ref ID: 12873)

・ Responsible to support and promote all products and solutions (Laser Printers, Inkjet Printers, Scanners, Cable ID and Card Printers, Mini Projectors and Wireless Presenters) in the Personal System Devices (PSD)
・ Work closely with Product Marketing and Sales Team to identify, grow new business opportunities, execute plans, achieve sales targets & develop businesses
・ Explore new solutions and products, identify potential business partners / collaborations / channels to grow businesses
・ Responsible to conduct professional pre and post sales and technical support to existing / new accounts
・ Conduct trainings/presentations/demonstrations/seminars to internal team, channel partners and customers to strengthen product awareness, improve branding & develop businesses
・ Develop contents and share product information to ensure internal team & partners are well verse on latest products / solutions
・ Keeping abreast with the latest technology through event/seminar attendance, conduct product, market and competitor’s analysis, to experience new products first-hand and be the go-to-person for product enquires
・ Prepare reports and support customer inquiries.

・ Degree in IT, Engineering, Business Studies, Marketing and other related field;
・ At least 2-4 years of relevant experience in conducting workshops and product trainings. Good in communication and presentation skills;
・ Possess a valid driving license and own transport
・ Willing to travel and support during weekend for work / events.
・ Proficient in both spoken and written communicate skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin;
・ Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients
