・Group Leader / Team Leader managing and monitoring final Inspection section.
・Monitoring of rejection trend of parts being produced including communication and lead internal improvement　activities.
・Manage and ensure reliable outgoing reports being generated and provided to customer. Including SPC　monitoring required by related customers.
・Manage, arrange and follow up of related product part Mould Die Qualification / Verification.
・Ensure all related compliances documentation (ISO, Safety, ….etc)
・Ensure and monitor of KPI / Target being set. Including plan, carry out, check and act on improvement　action.
・Handling of NCP and other related internal issues encounter by outgoing and internal processes. Handling　and closure of INCR.
・Handling and reporting of Customer Claims, Customer Surveys, Green Procurement and other related inquiry　from customers.
・Prepare for Monthly Quality Report and Annual Management Review presentation.
・Involvement in Internal Audit, Process Audit, Supplier Audit, Customer Audit and 3 rd Party Certification Audit.

・Degree in Chemistry or Sciences
・Able to communicate well in Japanese (JLPT N3 or above) & English
・Min 1 year in QA & QC in manufacturing environment
・Prefer Male
