「CLOSED」Solution Support Engineer – Shah Alam (Ref ID: 12871)
・ Provide support to solution team (development and solution architect) in application implementation and documentation
・ Perform basic troubleshooting and support on solution, hardware and operating system (Windows / Cloud / Android)
・ Involve in full application implementation (hardware/software installation) and after service support
・ Willing to learn and support label template development and basic application coding (Scripting)
・ Travel to customer site to perform support task, system troubleshooting, solution update or installation
・ Involve in first level Software Maintenance support and to solve reported issues
・ Min Post Graduate Diploma or similar certification in Information Technology / Computer Science or equivalent.
・ At least 1-2 year of working experience in similar field (fresh graduate with good personality and enthusiasm are encouraged to apply)
・ Knowledge or understanding in software application (standard or customized) and system support will be an added advantage.
・ Basic knowledge in I.T. hardware, networking and configuration
・ Willing to learn and possess good interpersonal skills
・ Good problem solving, planning, customer service and time management skill
・ Candidate must possess own car
