「CLOSED」Electrical Designer – Kedah (Ref ID: 12876)

・Design, develop, layout, document and supervise manufacturing, testing and application of jigs, fixtures, automation machines and general design of equipment and facilities.
・Communicate, collaborate, and interact with other sections/departments and team members with minimal guidance.
・Follow engineering procedures and specifications to develop/modify automation machines’ jigs and related mechanical designs. Generate design documentation, detail part drawings, assembly drawing and Bills of Materials per company standards.
・Actively participate in all phases of the project, including requirement definition, design, development, research, fabrication, testing/integration, customer interface, maintenance, and safety in the manufacture of company’s products.
・To adhere to general safety practices, standard operating procedure, work instructions, policies and guidelines provided by the company.
・Support manufacturing floor as required and other duties as requested.

・Degree holder above, no experience required.
・Diploma holder, minimum 3-4 years of working experience in product design or machine design for automation equipment/robotics and/or pneumatic systems.
・Knowledge of CAD software (2D & 3D) such as SolidWorks, Creo, NX, Catia or AutoCAD.
・Knowledge of ISO/JIS Standards, Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) and Assembly Tolerance Stack Up Analysis.
・Proficient in Microsoft Office Software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
・Have strong interest and passion in design. Self-motivated, creative, innovative, and perspective.
・Fast learner with ability to independently anticipate, prioritize and manage multiple priorities and to communicate effectively, orally and in writing.
・A team player with good analytical and problem-solving skills, able to work and communicate effectively with team members for a common consensus.
