・ Assist Manager in management related tasks, upon request.
・ To prepare & forecast sales report to the management.
・ To trace & achieve the sales target.
・ To discuss with other departments on the ad-hoc issue arises with Why-Why Analysis and suitable counter measure to reduce the risk of problem repeating in future.
・ Aggressive in daily operation’s improvement activities, especially system’s improvement, to speed up the current operations.
・ To prepare proper ISO Documentation along the daily operation.
・ To perform any duty duly assigned by the superior when required.
・ Degree in Science, Engineering or Business Administration
・ 4 years working experience in manufacturing environment will be an advantage
・ Able to communicate well in Japanese (JLPT N3 or above) and English
・ Good in Microsoft Office (Advance level), especially presentation in graph and reports
