「CLOSED」JS R & D Engineer – Shah Alam (Ref ID: 12912)

・To provide technical support to existing and new customers and to ensure our product functionality / feasibility　for customers application.
・To attend customers’ molding evaluation to assist customers in process optimization consideration for　product manufacturability.
・To recommend suitable products and perform design modification to existing product when necessary.
・To provide support to Manufacturing Department in process improvement and problem solving activities.

・To lead and support cross-functional team for new product development and products transfer project to ensure　timely and smooth transition into production.
・To initiate, develop, and implement ideas to enhance the product performance by participate in the new products　development and improvements to existing products.
・To be responsible to establish products specification, internal control, packing style and any special control.
・To verify sample request information and monitor sample completion with NPI to ensure on time delivery of　evaluation samples to customers.
・To monitor sample preparation from start to delivery, include providing necessary inputs such as formulation,　kneading condition, tabletting setting and final disposition on sample output.
・To closely follow-up, monitor and determine suitable actions to achieve new project realization plan

・ Diploma in Engineer
・ Fresh graduate are encourage to apply. Junior executive: fresh up to 5 years, Senior Executive: 6 – 7 years, AM level: 8 years & above
・ Able to communicate well in Japanese (NJPT N3 or above) & English
