「CLOSED」Planning Sales & Admin Executive – Subang (Ref ID: 12918)

・To support in overall sales operation via planning
・To support developing and implementing standard operation procedure (SOPs) to ensure consistent and effective processes across within and across the department.
・To support clear delineation of roles and responsibilities will be outlined, fostering better collaboration and coordination among different sections.
・To support in leverage Digital Transformation Technologies (DX) in daily sales operation.
・To develop and standardize reporting processes and budget making to provide timely and accurate data.
・Generate sales reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
・To support on monitoring sales performance against targets and provide regular updates to management.

・ Minimum Diploma / Degree in Business Management / Data Sciences or equivalent.
・ Minimum 2 years working experience in sales and marketing, logistics　or customer service industry is required for this position.
・ Possess strong hands on related working experience in creation of　workflow, SOPs.
・ Good written and spoken in English (Preferable is Chinese speaking)
・ Computer Literature (Excel, Word, Power Point)
・　High persuasive, logical thinking and negotiation skills.
・　Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
・　Able to work independently and under pressure.
・　Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
・ Willing to travel outstation and overseas as and when required.
