「CLOSED」Production Engineer – Perai (Ref ID: 12931)
・ Knowledge in machine control system
・ Develop all documentation for the process including but not limited to specifications.
・ Data collection and analyse the defect /trouble occur during the manufacturing.
・ Monitor and in charge the product until stable in process, quality aspect.
・ Develop way for cost reduction.
・ Develop way maximising the manufacturing output (decrease the loss).
・ Solve trouble relate to product. (e.g., machine setting).
・ Create idea for improving technology/ process
・ In charge of Inline Inspection Machine (new product recipe)
・ Support Production Dept for machine upgrade or new machine required.
・ Monthly task report
・ Ad hoc: ISO committee, safety committee
・ Ready to receive any instructions from HOD from time to time.
・Degree in Electrical/ Electronic/ Machinery/ Mechanical /Mechatronics or equivalent
・Minimum 1-5 years experience as Production Engineer and from manufacturing industry (plastic film is added advantage)
