「CLOSED」Quality Executive – Kuala Lumpur (Ref ID: 12965)

・Visit suppliers to assess their quality management status.

・Investigate and analyze customer complaints related to product quality, and coordinate with suppliers to resolve these issues.

・Provide guidance to suppliers in improving product quality and production efficiency.

・Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, to ensure smooth operations related to supplier management.

・Primarily focused on KL and Selangor areas, but there is a possibility of business trips to China.

・Business trips would occur roughly once a month.

・Diploma above

・Around 5 years of experience in quality management for industrial or manufacturing products is preferred.

・Willing to travel for business trips.(Around once a month)

・Experience in quality management at suppliers, not in-house factories.

・Have own car and driving license

・Japanese Speaking skill is an advantage
