・Helpdesk Support: Provide L1 and L2 helpdesk support for network-related queries and problems, ensuring timely and accurate responses to client issues.
・Network Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues, including diagnosing and addressing hardware, software, and connectivity problems.
・Office Automation (OA) Assistance: Assist corporate clients with OA system-related concerns, ensuring smooth operation of tools and applications essential to daily business activities.
・Windows and PC Support: Handle support requests related to Windows operating systems, PCs, and associated hardware, utilizing a strong understanding of Microsoft applications and environments.
・Technical Troubleshooting: Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues with a focus on minimizing downtime and ensuring optimal client satisfaction.
・End-User Guidance: Provide guidance to end-users, addressing any questions or concerns related to the usage of deployed systems and applications.
・Onsite Support (Occasional): Conduct onsite visits as required, though most support will be conducted remotely, ensuring clients receive necessary assistance on-site only when needed.

<Must>
・Bachelor degree related to IT
・Have work experience in the IT field for more than 3 years
・Ability to handle network including Windows
・Have the ability to handle Network trouble-shooting, basic IT related issues

<Advantage>
・ Experience as help service in IT is an advantage
・Possess IT related certification such as CCNP or equivalent experience.
・Have the ability to handle Network trouble-shooting, basic IT related issues such as CISCO router & swith, Fortigate, Juniper SRX and WiFi products
