[Digital & Offline] Marketing Executive – Pasir Gudang(Ref ID : 13201)

・Assist in social media marketing (e-marketing) objectives by actively participating in developing and implementing detailed marketing concepts, plans and strategies based on market trends, competitors and sales department’s information, and customers’ requests with the ultimate goal of maximizing business growth.
・Assist in planning and developing promotional materials and liaise with advertising agencies for the production of such materials.
・Assist in making, managing and updating company new letters, company websites and social media.
・Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities and provide feedback to management for improvement.
・Assist in preparing bi-weekly reports on social media update
・Assist in organizing monthly meetings with local and regional sales representatives.
・Assist in handling and responding to new customer inquiries and lead generation from social media.
・Occasionally visit customers and markets (domestic and international) to collect and research market information.
・Assist in conducting marketing research and related activities.
・Ad-hoc work including assist sales manager on the sales analysis, data entry and report preparation.

・Candidates must possess at least diploma in marketing or business field.
・At least 2-3 working experiences in marketing (on-line, social media, video maker, website developer & new trendy)
・Preferably junior executive in marketing or equivalent with digital and e-marketing communication, website and social media updates.(Such as IG,FB,Youtube,toktok)
・Proficiency in English (verbal and written), and fluent in Mandarin is also an advantage.
・Required skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT), Social Media Marketing
・Willing to travel abroad(1-2 times in a year)
