Assistant Service Engineer – Petaling Jaya (Ref ID: 13243)
Installation and Setup
・Install and configure technical equipment at customer locations.
・Ensure proper alignment, connectivity, and operational readiness of all components.
Maintenance and Troubleshooting
・Conduct routine maintenance to ensure equipment operates efficiently.
・Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Customer Support and Training
・Provide end-user training on equipment usage and basic maintenance.
・Offer on-site or remote support to assist with technical inquiries.
Documentation
・Maintain accurate records of service activities and maintenance logs.
・Prepare reports detailing performance, issues encountered, and solutions implemented.
Quality Assurance
・Ensure all services and installations comply with internal and industry quality standards.
・Conduct final checks to verify full functionality before completion.
・ Diploma in ‘electrical & electronic’ or ‘mechatronic’ (not prefer mechanical).
・ Fresh or at least 1 year working experience as machinery service engineer
・ Minimum body weight 70kg & minimum body height 165cm
・ Candidate have own transport (car).
