Junior Sales Executive (Ref ID: 13210)
1. Territory Management:
a. Develop and maintain the Northern region (Primary), including Penang, Perlis,
Kedah, and Perak.
b. Maintain the Southern region (Secondary), Johor.
c. Identify and prioritize key target clients within the territory.
2. Sales Documentation:
a. Handle RFQ (Request for Quotation), Quotation, Purchase Order, and
Invoice/Delivery Order using the AutoCount system.
b. Maintain accurate and organized sales records for reference.
3. Lead Generation:
a. Initiate cold calls, emails, and visits to acquire new clients and generate new leads.
b. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
4. Client Relationship:
a. Address sales inquiries from existing clients and provide solutions to their needs.
b. Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction.
5. Product Promotion:
a. Act as the primary point of contact between the company and clients.
b. Effectively communicate the features and benefits of the company’s products.
6. Marketing and Sales Support:
a. Prepare marketing and sales materials, including product presentations, brochures,
and demos.
b. Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand awareness and lead
generation.
7. Market Research:
a. Conduct continuous research to stay updated on industry trends, market conditions,
and competitive activities.
b. Evaluate market opportunities and provide feedback to the management team.
8. Sales Target:
a. Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
b. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and contribute to the
company’s growth.
9. Technical Knowledge:
a. Apply basic technical and engineering knowledge to explain product functionality to
clients.
b. Collaborate with the technical team to address client inquiries effectively.
10. Reporting:
a. Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports highlighting key performance indicators
and sales achievements.
b. Summarize client interactions and opportunities in the reports.
c. Share insights with the management team to further refine sales strategies.
・ Education Background: Diploma and Degree in any Engineering or technical and related
・ Years of experience: Minimum 1 years of industrial sales experience and up to 3 years of experience in sales and related
・ Must have technical knowledge due to nature of business
