Junior Executive (Ref ID: 13168)
・To assist Superior in administer the company’s personnel policies and procedures include legal administration.
・To support on Japaneese translation to the Managing Director and any documents for HR Department
upon request.
・To do executive and non-executive staff recruitment for the company to meet their operating requirements.
・To do onboarding new employees activities including provide induction training
・To counsel and advise employees on welfare, career aspirations and personnel development plans.
・To support on prepare statistical relating to human resources management planning, development,
evaluation, implementation and analysis including data for Jabatan Perangkaan, Mida and etc.
・To support identify, analyse and plan all training needs for all employees include staff and workers.
・To design, conduct and evaluate required training program content, module and training effectiveness.
・To supervising, mentoring, coaching and counselling overall organization when any improvement are required.
・To monitor the implementation of GMP enforcement, safety and health activities.
・To prepare, summarize and documented human resources performance evaluation system.
・To make sure all QMS requirements are satisfied.
・To support on Admin activities such as a distribution stationery, PPE, car services, bank, post office and
related matters if any.
・To contribute to continous improvement of production, safety, quality, cost, productivity and work environment.
・ Education Background: Recognized Diploma/Degree holder in related field or equivalent.
・ Years of experience: 2 years of experiences but FRESH GRADUATE WITHOUT EXPERIENCES also can apply
・Have good knowledge in Manufacturing Management and Malaysian Labor Law.
・Know how to negotiate for optimum results.
・Able to achieve short term and long term goals.
・Able to facilitate people management and development.
・Knowledge of statistical analysis methodology.
