Technical Service Executive (Ref ID: 13140)
・Provide pre sales and after sales activities to existing customer and new customer
・Take cares existing customer who might benefit from company products or services after sales
・Persuading customers that a product or service best satisfies their need in term of quality, price and delivery.
・Assist indoor sales to recommend suitable product to customer
・Providing pre sales technical training to customer
・Providing pre sales technical assistance and product education to customer
・Working on after sales support services and providing technical backup as required
・Providing training and producing support material for other members of the sales team
・Providing pre check inspection item
・Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
・Making technical presentation and demonstrating how a product meets customer needs
・Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts to support customer
・ Education Background: Diploma/degree in electrical engineering
・ Years of experience: at least 2-4 years of experiences, Fresh Graduate in electrical engineering
