Sales Engineer (Ref ID:13272)
・Develop and implement strategic sales plans, manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to key stakeholders.
・Build and maintain client relationship, understand their needs and recommend tailored security solutions. conduct site surveys, asses requirement and stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
・Work closely with internal teams, subcontractor and vendors to support sales initiatives, create effective sales strategies and provide technical insights. Address technical inquiries, resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction with post sales support.
・Offer in depth knowledge of security system including access control, video surveillance and intrusion detection. Continuously update expertise on new technologies and market development.
・Prepare detailed sales pipeline and project progress report as well as technical documentation including proposal, tender agreement, equipment drawings and system schematics.
・ Education Background: Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
・ Years of experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales engineering, with a focus on security systems such as access control, intrusion detection, CCTV surveillance, video analytics, IT/network services, or related areas.
・ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with AutoCAD.
・ Strong problem-solving abilities and technical aptitude.
