Maintenance Engineer (Ref ID: 13339)

・To create, keep update and control documents and presentation materials regarding maintenance and engineering activities and future project proposals.
・Responsible for short term and long term of maintenance & engineering planning & scheduling to expand machine lifetime, efficiency and durability as well as safety.
・To provide root cause analysis for any facilities & equipment breakdown and provide a permanent countermeasure and action plan to prevent reoccurrence.
・Respond to quality and production issue highlighted by any related sections and proactively
react by providing ideas and action plan to resolve the highlighted issues.
・Budget expenditure monitoring and control through planning future activities to be included in financial budget to avoid unplanned expenses.
・To plan, coordinate and control construction work according to specification and schedule.
・To design machine, jig, tools and parts including layout for new facilities and equipment.
・Trouble shooting any process trouble related to production machines and provide ideas to shorten repair time in the future.
・Carry out maintenance activity such as inspection, cleaning, servicing, preventive part replacement, adjustment, oiling according to planned schedule.
・To come out with ideas and implementation of improvements activities such as in Kaizen or ICC.
・To establish spare part inventory control system and control parts in/ out activities.
・Proactive in cost reduction activities (CRA) by proposing activities with cost saving effect. Involved in new product introduction.
・Complies company safety, health and environmental policy.
・Complies with company quality standards, rules and regulations.

・ Education Background: Degree in Electrical or Mechatronic and related field
・ Years of experience: Minimum 1 year up until 3 years experiences
・ Fresh grad is encouraged to apply
・ Advantage for those who able to read Mitsubishi Melsec, also to read, wrote and modify program PLC.
・Electrical control ability to read, understand and design hardwire circuit diagram.
