・Control and manage the movement of inventory
・Control and manage the daily operation of the department
・Monitor and ensure implementation of the operating system, reporting requirements and recommend changes for improvement
・Ensure safety and security measures conform to requirement
・Troubleshoot problems in the department and provide effective solutions
・Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
・Maintain inter-departmental rapport
・Ensure the compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS)
・Conduct meetings and training of staff
・Staff performance appraisal
・Control and monitor overheads of the department
・Perform other functions and duties as and when assigned by the management

・At least 5 years’ experience managing temperature-controlled Warehouse preferably in the 3rd Party environment.
• Well versed with Warehouse Management System (WMS)
・Have own transportation
・Be able to work with flexibility(sometimes they need to work on Saturday)
