・Implement the production operation in accordance with the production schedule
・Allocate the work force to get smooth operation such as preparation, mixing, extruding and packing
・Achieve the production quantity as scheduled
・Instruct the subordinates to carry out the production operation
・Maintain the machines in accordance with Production and Maintenance guidelines
・Report to Production Manager on the machines condition.
・Prepare the production record and key in the system.
・Take an action for non-conforming and preventive measures.
・Technical translation Eng-Japanese, Japanese-Eng and Bahasa Malaysia.
・Carry out all human relation task under his control
・Any other relevant responsibility assigned by the superior
・Degree holder in Engineering from Japanese university
・1 year experience in related
・Production and Assembly control knowledge are required
・Plastic injection moulding experience is highly required
・Able to communicate well in Japanese & English
