「CLOSED」Production AM/Manager (Chemical Div) – Telok Panglima Garang (Ref ID 11414)

・Manage the whole production day to day operation, process and administration.
・Responsible to monitor production output and to meet target
・Lead and manage the production team to optimize productivity and ensure cost effectiveness
・Coordinate with Warehouse and Sales & Planning team on all delivery schedules meet the customers’ requirement
・Analyze, develop and implement strategies to optimize quality products and implement continual improvement activities to enhance customer satisfaction
・Work hand in hand with Maintenance team in ensuring the machines preventive maintenance are done on time and follow schedule. Develop strategies to minimize machine downtime and production wastage
・Perform failure analysis / root cause analysis (FMEA). Identify and implement effective and practical corrective action
・Oversee workforce allocation, arrangement, job assignment and overtime
・Train new workers, refresh training for existing workers and upgrade capable workers to keep up the workers’ skills
・Resolve issues including non-conformances occurred and corrective action requested (CAR)
・Prepare annual, monthly and daily reports

・Diploma/Degree in Chemical related
・At least 3 years working experience in the manufacturing industry
・Have working experience as Chemical Engineer
・2 years plus for managing/supervising staff experience
・Good communication skill in English and Malay
