・Responsible for the smooth production by proper MO loading.
・To ensure and adhere the standard in order to keep high product quality standard.
・To keep good delivery, low manufacturing cost and maximum resources utilization.
・To plan, organize and review staff / operator input of the department to successfully achieve target.
・To liaise with other departments to achieve goals with minimum cost.
・To prepare daily/ weekly / monthly report.
・Conduct routine meeting.
・Periodical monitoring stock level and take action.
・To issue the PO proposal for external purchase items.
・Prepare MO and loading plan.
・Min Diploma or Bachelor Degree in any field.
・Minimum 1 year of working experience in planning task related in manufacturing line.
・Able to communicate well in Japanese or Mandarin & English
