「CLOSED」Industrial Senior Engineer – PJ (Ref ID: 11463)

・Analyse and evaluate existing systems and processes, identifying bottlenecks if any, in the planned process flow and propose rectification measures.
・Define goals and parameters for data capturing for key measures
・Perform Proof of Concept Studies for both Automation and IoT implementation with Engineering team and Partners.
・Conduct Time and Motion study to implement systems to cut down the same.
・Propose new machineries and systems in implementing the “Right Technology in the Right Place”
・Perform process optimization by proposing and utilizing Simulation tools like Arena, Witness etc.
・Utilize Lean Manufacturing concepts, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and root cause analysis to improve poor performing processes.
・Create and maintain required manufacturing process documentation, including process flow charts, capacity and utilization studies, time and motion studies, cycle time analysis and line balancing.
・Maintains knowledge of best practices in manufacturing methods, trends and developments in technology and equipment and apply this knowledge to maintain the organization’s competitive edge.
・Serve as a consultant for the design layout of next generation smart manufacturing factories.
・Co-create innovative engineering solutions to overcome customers’ constraints as part of Industrial Solutions and Services Division.
