「CLOSED」Senior Contracts Manager (Quantity Surveyor) – Shah Alam (Ref ID: 11544)

• To support the Contracts Section Head, Senior Manager (Building)/ Senior Manager (M&E) in the specialized area of contractual and costing matters.
• To coordinate the preparation of cost analysis, quotation or tender price for new projects.
• To evaluate risks of tender conditions on contractual and costing matters for discussion.
• To coordinate the preparation of project site budget.
• To coordinate the preparation of projected cash flow of projects.
• To administer Subcontractors and Suppliers registration and termination.
• To maintain and update Registered Subcontractors and Suppliers List
• To prepare required reports with regards to costs and contractual matters.
• To ensure conformance to the relevant procedures of the Kajima Total Management Systems.
• To advise and monitor Project Budgetary Control from Cost Control Sheets reported from Contracts Managers.
• To liaise with other relevant sections for costing matter.
• To prepare proposal for staff training requirements.
• To assist in appraisal of Contracts Section’s staff performance.
• To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the Kajima Total Management Systems

・ Degree / Diploma in Civil / Structural / Mechanical Engineering or Quantity Survey
・Minimum 10years experience as a Quantity Surveyor in industrial building preferably in data centre or semiconductor construction projects
・Well verse in Contract types, PAM, FIDIC, JKR, IEM & etc.
