「CLOSED」Production Officer – Johor (Ref ID: 11577)

・Lead a group of operators to achieve shift output, quality, cycle time.
・Responsible for shift productivity, machine utilization, and work toward overall improvement.
・Monitor volume and quality of output by adjust tasks, production schedule is planned according to delivery date, to ensure resources used efficiently.
・Responsible for headcount and OT planning, and drive for high 5S and company QMS, EMS quality in production.
・Accountable to operator compliance to work instruction and process flow in production.
・Accountable for operator tardiness and discipline issue.
・To cultivate and ensure operators follow good manufacturing practices in production floor

・At least certificate, Diploma in Manufacturing / Production or equivalent.
・Minimum one or two (1-2) years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
・Able to work OT
・Able start work in short notice / one month notice
