「CLOSED」IT Manager – PJ (Ref ID: 11604)

・Manage service delivery for a suite of customers and provide day to day operational guidance.
・Act as the link between a variety of projects, customers, and resources.
・Managing IT Administration:
Approving IT expenditure , Monthly Management Review on IT Expenditure,Yearly IT BP Submission
・Business operation requirement and solution:
・Recommend solutions to problems and cost-effective strategies for clients.
・Monthly Management Review on IT cost
・Streamline business processes for operation efficiency
・Enhance reporting processes and formats for management review
・Ensure SOX Compliance in all IT setup and change process
・Support IT Infrastructure Network:
・Ensure continuous uptime of data and communication infrastructure for business continuity
・Ensure data integrity and network security
・Ensure customer satisfaction of IT support services
・Monitor team members to ensure that project milestones are met and delivered on time.
・Design and execute techniques to enhance productivity and efficiency and reduce risks.

・Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology
・Minimum 5 years’ experience in managerial position
・Experience in managing stakeholders’ expectations & business needs
・Experience with exposure to big established systems eg: SAP, Salesforce
・Good basic knowledge of integration between SAP and other 3rd party applications
・Strong knowledge of business operations
・Possess general knowledge of related business technologies and applications that drive
business growth, business management and long term business sustainability
