「CLOSED」Japanese Speaking Project Management Executive – KL (Ref ID: 11640)

・To review and approve technical drawings, project submittals & compliance
・Communicating and coordinating with management, clients, consultants, and contractors related to daily business operations
・To oversee project delivery & manage projects starting from project initialization to project completion to ensure delivery meets project schedule, budget, and quality
・To lead and manage subcontractors and project team to resolve project issues thru-out project implementation and ensure operational compliance of the project and its delivery in line with the company’s system and regulations
・Preparing and verifying work completion, finalizing sub-contractor’s invoices and recommends to the Management whether contractor payment requests should be approved or denied
・To support and manage team and designers’ duties to ensure accurate preparation of project
・Work closely with QS on Project costing, Progress Claims, and Budgeting, Preparing Cost comparison chart between subcontractors, Cost recommendation and Resource Planning
・Responsible for controlling and tracking project budget, costing & reporting
・Conduct site inspection and visit throughout project phases

・Min Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Civil engineering/architecture /Interior Design
・1 – 3 years experience in Interior related (basic knowledge in Interior Design is enough)
・Proficient in Microsoft Project and Autocad
・Strong business acumen in project planning and management
・Must be good in Japanese speaking & written
・Have own car
