「CLOSED」Japanese Speaking Finance/Accounting Consultant – KL (Ref ID: 11698)

・ To assist Director to carry out management of business development activities of company in accordance with the company business plan.
・ To provide professional consultation services on financial analysis and strategy, assisting financial management of Japanese clients’ group subsidiaries in Malaysia, supporting Japanese companies’ investment projects such as M&A and facility investment.
・ To maintain good relationship with clients in Japan and in Malaysia.
・ To assist Director to analyze business procedure, identify alternative solutions, assess feasibility and recommend new approaches;
・ Monitor assigned clients’ working in progress projects of all departments (mainly company secretarial, payroll, visa & licensing, book keeping) in the company;
・ To maintain good customer relationship and ensure customer loyalty through meetings, emails and phone calls.
・ Monitoring and reviewing financial accounts of multinational companies prepared by local staff in compliance with financial management requirements in Japan and Malaysia;
・ To review and recommend modifications to accounting system and procedures for Japanese clients;
・ To plan and arrange financial due diligence project and other special project related to account/finance with project manager;
・ Advising Japanese investors to set up company in Malaysia with chartered company secretary by providing professional consultation of company act and secretarial matters;
・ Advising local Malaysia business procedures to Japanese clients by cooperating with local Malaysian staffs in the company;
・ Update and report clients’ matters to Japan Headquarter into the assigned system.
・ Other ad-hoc assignments that arrange by Director from time to time.

・Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent
・At least 3 years of working experience in finance or account field
・Able to communicate well in English and Japanese
