・To ensure standard systems are well maintained at warehouse and spare part store
・To ensure accurate loading and unloading operation
・To ensure stocks accuracy
・To ensure safe operations systems are implemented at warehouse at all times
・To analyze customer complaints’ root cause and propose countermeasures to eliminate recurrently
・Analyze and report monthly departmental key performance indicators (KPI) achievement result
・Diploma & above in related field
・Junior Executive: Minimum 1-2 years working experience in logistic-related work
・Senior Executive: 3 years working experience in logistic-related work
・Understanding in ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015, & ISO45001:2018 standard
・Knowledge in Spreadsheet, Presentation and Inventory Management system
・Able to communicate well in Mandarin & English
