・To ensure that all socket products can be delivered to the sales office/customer on time.
・To receive sales order list of the day from sales and judge which order to be issued to factory for production
・Parts requirement sheet will be issued to assembly subcontractors to confirm which parts need to be supplied to assembly subcontractors for their production.
・To place order for PRS, UWI, and safety stock which instructed by ESPJ’s PIC.
・Price registration
・Filling/ saving related documents in good order
・Preparing necessary documents for external/internal audit
・ Diploma and or above in any related field
・3 years Purchasing/Procurement experience in Electrical / Semiconductor industry
・ Positive attitude with good spoken English and Mandarin (Job Scope includes China and Taiwan suppliers)
・ Basic understanding of goods receiving, sales, purchase, quotation and inventory procedures
