「CLOSED」Senior Production Engineer – Kuantan (Ref ID: 11755)

・Overall analyse day to day operation data, trouble shoot and rectify operation problem.
・To ensure the implementation of ISO9001, IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 are carry out according to quality and environmental management system.
・To ensure the implementation of OHSAS 18001 is carry out according to OSH management system.
・To carry out duties as Certified Environmental Professional in Bag filter operation (Filter bag performance monitoring)
・To assist Senior Engineer to conduct activity with continual improvement as per objective & target action plan.
・Monthly report to Section Manager on operational performances and related activities.
・Attend meeting such as Manufacturing Technology Meeting and Monthly Improvement Meeting.
・Preparation of standard operating procedures, work instructions and records and ensure the documents updated for safe and smooth operation.
・Study and analyse plant performance for improvement and any preventive and corrective action.
・Prepare training materials and provide training for shift personnel for career development and continuous improvement.
・Liaison with others section/department related to POL/FIN process and others activities.
・Other responsibilities assigned by superior from time to time.

・ Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Polymer Engineering, Physic or equivalent.
・ 5 – 7 years of working experience in manufacturing environment.
・ Possess basic chemical knowledge and manufacturing process knowledge.
・Able to read technical drawing.
・Possess knowledge and experience in Quality Management Standard/ISO.
・Possess knowledge and experience in Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
