「CLOSED」JS/NJS Engineering Manager – Seri Kembagan (Ref ID: 11785)

・Responsible for the full spectrum of engineering, inclusive Machine Maintenance & Repairing, Fine Tooling, Overhaul, Building and Equipment Facility section.
・Control and manage daily job of electrical facility / maintenance request form
・Follow up on machine / facility breakdown
・Monitor overall performance of the Company’s facilities/ Building & Equipment/ Fine Tooling
・Control expenditure budget for engineering department inclusive spare part purchase plan and stock control, fire prevention project, energy saving project
・Implement improvement plan based on the breakdown / modification
・Liaise with supplier and/ or contractor for improvement activities/ periodical service
・Follow up with contractor or supplier on the machine part send for repair/ modification
・Implement all safety improvement activities
・To manage overall contractor working in the Company (work permit, work in height, hot work permit, etc)
・To make evaluation report for contractor yearly service agreement.
・To follow up tooling fabrication request
・Monthly breakdown report and improvement progress / project.
・Control, organize and manage subordinate work task, assignment, motivation, and discipline.
・Responsible on related internal or external audit (fire prevention, safety, ISO standard audit, etc)
・Manage on machine transfer, wiring or relocation, etc.
・Responsible for yearly electrical shut down/ plant maintenance
・Responsible for replacement plan for parts that need to be replace by electrical facility inspection
・Energy saving plan execution and follow up
・Reporting to Head of Department of Engineering
・Other task as assigned time to time

・Diploma/ Degree in Electrical/ Mechanical.
・Minimum 8 years in machine maintenance &repairing, facility & equipment maintenance, electrical & wiring
・ 3-5 years of managerial roles experience
