「CLOSED」Logistic Executive – Subang (Ref ID: 11796)
・ To process order receiving and generate PO to suppliers using SAP system.
・ To issue invoices and shipping documents for delivery to customers.
・ Need to prepare Invoice and Packing list
・Import/Export by Sea/Air, coordinate with forwarding agent for arrangement.
・ To prepare delivery instruction to warehouse.
・ To collect shipping document from overseas suppliers and coordinate with forwarders to monitor movement of shipments.
・ Delivery control (delivery adjustment with vendors/customers) to ensure meeting customers requirement.
・ To ensure stocks accuracy. (Handle roughly 40 products (300~350Kpcs)/month)
・ To register goods codes and update price in SAP system.
・ Attend to ad-hoc tasks as required.
・Diploma & above in related field
・Min 3 years working experience in sales support, customer service, logistic coordination (shipment, import/export).
