「CLOSED」Logistic cum Warehouse Executive – Shah Alam (Ref ID: 11870)

・Co-ordinate with supplier and shipping company on incoming shipment.
・Liaise with forwarding agent on the customs clearance and receiving to warehouse.
・Prepare SAP GRPO once warehouse confirmed the receipt.

・Collaborate with sales team and arrange export shipment to each distributor.
・Issue SAP Pick List for export shipment follow salesmen instruction and send it to warehouse for picking and packing.
・Book vessel or flight with shipping company and coordinate with warehouse for the delivery.

・Responsible to update Inventory Report which includes In and Out shipment based on PO/SO.
・Issue SAP PO/GRPO for golf items purchase.
・Check shipment status with vendors and update Inventory Report.
・Liaise with sales team on the order and advise stock availability.

・Responsible to support day-to-day operations in warehouse
・Work with sales and logistic team to ensure all outgoing shipment send within the time frame
・Reviewing inventory records to determine what items are needed to restock
・To ensures all inventory transaction are completed within the timeline and maintain stock accuracy.
・To conduct inventory count and assist to verify stock discrepancies

・ SPM and above edu level is acceptable if have working experience in related field
・ Fresh graduates must have at least a diploma and above educational level Preferably in Logistic related major
・ 1 or 2 years of experience in a related field/Fresh graduate
