・Preparing sales order, purchase order, delivery note or any require documents
・Liaise closely with suppliers / customers or respective parties to ensure timely delivery
・Preparing proforma invoice to customer for advance payment (if necessary)
・Preparing shipping documents for Sea or Air shipment
・Filling for sales order, purchase order & other related documents
・Assist the sales personnel to attend to customer enquiries and prepare quotation following the sales personnel instruction
・Attending and liaising with customer complaints if any and report to his/her immediate superior
・Responsible for any other duties assigned by the company from time to time
・ SPM and above
・ 1-2 years of experience in Sales Support
・Fresh graduate
・Good computer literacy
