「CLOSED」Purchasing & Logistic Executive – KL (Ref ID: 11893)

・Purchase goods using SQL system as required in an accurate and timely manner.
・Preparing shipping documents for oversea trading business.
・Identifies/ evaluates suppliers and financial evaluation to EPCC for Project sales.
・Liaise with suppliers to build relationships, and ensure the best pricing and quality.
・Liaise with OEM for purchase and shipment arrangement (required to communicate with OEM China in Chinese through email/wechat).
・Liaise with forwarder and arranges for transportation of purchased goods and ensure the most economical methods of transport are used for importation.
・Maintain information in reports to ensure it is up-to-date and accurate.
・Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, and Engineering teams to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
・Other related tasks as required.

・ Degree in any study field
・ 2 years and above purchasing exp with Solar background and industry
・ OEM experience
・ Experience handle Dangerous Goods (DG) cargo for Logistic
・ Candidate have to sources new EPCC also called supplier
