「CLOSED」Sales Engineer – Penang (Ref ID: 11900)

・Promote & sell Company’s existing products and introduce new products to the market.
・Responsible for maintaining existing partnerships and establishing new business opportunities to maximize sales results.
・Suggest improvement ideas to achieve Company’s marketing goals.
・Identify market trends & develop marketing opportunities through trade shows and conferences in local and international settings.
・Prepare quotation, negotiate commercial terms, contracts and close deals.
・Collaborate with R&D team in terms of new product development requirements to capture new markets (different segments, market regions, target groups).
・Accountable in achieving territorial sales and growth target by implementing promotional and sales strategies.
・Mentor subordinates to help them achieve individual & team objectives.
・Lead the sales lifecycle process, taking ultimate responsibility for achieving the sales targets (orders booked, revenue fulfilled, and profit).
・Follow the whole process of product qualification by our customers, including technical product qualification, prototype evaluation, batch order qualification, and order implementation.
・Updating and maintaining customer records /sales activities in CRM ( Salesforce).
・To complete any additional assignments allocated by Management as and when required.

・Degree in Engineering, Business or equivalent
・At least 2 years’ sales experience in Semiconductors /PCB/SMT industry.
・B2B lead generation experience
・Able to travel domestically in Malaysia for business extensively. (50% of your time)

・Able to communicate well in Mandarin & English
