「CLOSED」ISO Officer / ISO Executive – Nilai (Ref ID: 11949)
+Saturday half day work / once a month
※ Mostly Saturday on 1st week or last week
・ISO 9001/14001 management (monthly activities, renewal audit support)
・Collaborating with the current staff(ISO9001 about 10 staff, ISO14001 about 10 staff), proceed the ISO activities
・Support GM in invoicing, regulation, new customer dealing
・Responsible for QAQC related documentation and data control.
・Conduct analysis and reporting of internal/ external quality performance.
・Conduct analysis on quality problems
・Identify and initiate actions to prevent nonconformity relating to internal process and product.
・Monitor the quality performance and verify corrective actions to ensure effectiveness.
・Handle customer complaints and ensure that they are resolved satisfactorily with necessary countermeasures to prevent
・Aggregate figures on quality issues and use them for improvement.
・Basically working in HQ, but sometimes go to a government office or clients’ place
・Diploma above in any field
・2 years ISO related work
・Working experience under ISO company and deal with ISO related work
・Knowledge in ISO9001/14001
