「CLOSED」Head of Warehouse – Puchong (Ref ID: 11982)

・Provide leadership and vision by assisting warehouse team with the development of long range and annual plans, and with the evaluation and reporting of progress on strategies.
・Establish and lead execution of warehouse strategy.
・Set and achieve key performance targets for: revenue & profit, cost, expenses and other measurements of operational performance.
・Responsible for daily smooth operations of the warehouse.
・Control and manage the movement of inventory.
・Monitor and ensure implementation of the operating system, reporting requirements and recommend changes for improvement.
・Continuously improve the service level, speed of work and cost effectiveness of inventory management, warehousing, incoming and outgoing operations.
・Ensure full compliance with applicable laws, regulations and company policies.
・Ensure safety and security measures conform to requirement.
・Troubleshoot problems in the department and provide effective solutions.
・Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
・Maintain inter-departmental rapport.
・Ensure compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS).
・Conduct meetings and training of staff.
・Staff performance appraisal.
・Control and monitor overheads of the department.
・Perform other functions and duties as and when assigned by the management.

・Diploma in Warehousing/ Supply Chain/ Business Administration or equivalent.
・Minimum 10 years’ working experience in warehousing/ logistic or related field is required for this position.
・Minimum 8 years’ experience in Managerial with 3rd party temperature control warehouse and distribution.
・Possess management and leadership qualities.
・Flexibility to commit to longer working hours including Sunday and Public Holiday if required.
・Well versed with Warehouse Management System (WMS), like SAP
・Computer literate and skilled in MS Office applications.
