「CLOSED」Yield Manager – Melaka (Ref ID: 12016)
・ Develop and implement process improvements to increase yield
・ Work with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of process and yield issues
・ Perform process audits and monitor process control metrics
・ Daily monitor product yield and highlight low yield issues if have, analyze sort yield data
・ Achieve targeted product yield to reduce overall product cost and to fulfill downstream production line output and end.
・ Develop new methods and tools used for yield enhancement independent from existing practices
・ Involve in productivity improvement project through process optimization.
・ Reports and present results to management
・ Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields
・ At least 7 years experience in Yield related or similar position
・ Having 3 – 4 years of Managerial experience
