・ To strategies, plan and execute an effective preventive maintenance programme to improve productivity and reduce cost on medium and long time basis.
・ Conducting and overseeing maintenance process audits
・ Ensuring that machinery, systems, infrastructure, and equipment run optimally with minimal downtime
・ Diagnosing faults
・ Forecasting and strategic planning for system overhauls and upgrades, while taking into account long-term maintenance costs
・ Responding equipment breakdowns
・ Playing an active role in helping the organization set up and execute preventive program maintenance, predictive maintenance, or any other preferred maintenance
・ Checking availability of the equipment’s spare parts before performing tasks from Preventive Maintenance tasks

・ Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
・ Training staff on equipment operating and maintenance procedures

・ Degree in engineering; mechanical degree
・ At least 7 years proven experience in maintenance or similar position
・ Managerial role 3-4 years and above
・ Ability to effectively lead and direct employees
