「CLOSED」JS/NJS Production Manager – Melaka (Ref ID: 12020)

・ Develop operational strategies to achieve production and financial objectives.
・ Prepare budget and monitor expenses and profitability.
・ Analyse budgets and continuously control production costs and identify/rectify waste measures.
・ Practice, implement continuous improvement activities (KAIZEN) and build and maintain a workforce with such culture
・ Monitoring and maintaining yield
・ Monitoring productivity and implement necessary improvement.
・ Divide responsibilities and tasks across the team to make production more efficient.
・ Manage all activities within the production process, including maintenance and the workforce.
・ Evaluate performances and constantly improvise practices
・ Conduct regular inspections of machinery, workers and the units.
・ Overseeing that the inventory is maintained of all the equipment and resources and ensure that they are stocked.
・ Ensure the law, health and safety protocol are upheld.
・ Uphold the policies and standards of the company.

・ Degree in Manufacturing engineering or related fields.
・ At least 7 years experience with production
・ In-depth knowledge of production management, risk management, and safety regulations.

・Who able to communicate well in Japanese will be an add advantage
