Senior Logistic Executive – Subang (Ref ID: 12021)

・Liaise with Customs / MITI or any other government agencies if needed.
・Responsible the handling for Export Permit related matter (STA2010) globally.
・Apply the Certificate of Origin from respectively chamber’s agency as stated on the customer’s contract. Preparation of the Certificate of Origin and other statutory request.
・Prepare the costing analysis and apply for Certificate of origin (eg: Form D) from via dagangNet.
・Understanding the requirement on Letter of Credit (L/C) and ensure the delivery/shipment is executed according to the agreed L/C terms & conditions. Compile relevant document and submit to Account department for next action.
・Responsible to plan, monitoring, expediting shipment and ensuring timely delivery, coordinating with inter-department, production, transporter, forwarders on shipment arrangement.
・Import Sales Order into ERP system. Ensure sales code is correct after import. Submit document to planner for next action.
・Recommend optimal transportation modes, routing to Sales/Marketing Department.
・Review and update the latest logistics related price to sales/marketing team from time to time. To ensure the proper

・To prepare all delivery/shipping document including tax invoice, delivery order, packing list, etc. Co-ordinate shipping documents with customer & oversea vendor, eg. Pro-forma Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Custom Forms & MITI (Form D), MIDA tax exemption, etc.
・Monitor and follow up with suppliers/ customers to ensure on time and accurate shipping documents submission.
・To process custom clearance, duty & taxes confirmation for all products, inclusive the documents required in shipping and transportation for local and export deliveries.
・To liaise with forwarders, local transporter and local customs on cost effectively. To analyse and evaluate on forwarders/local transporter’s performance and trend, manage the most competitive pricing from forwarders/local transporter.
・Responsible for all duty customs sales and tax function, including certification and verification, drawback and comply with the rules & regulation from respectively government’s agency.
・Manage all logistics matter and provide the monthly report for export, import and inland delivery, Insurance purchase record, etc. meanwhile, liaise with Insurance company on arrangement of Inland Transit / Marine Insurances for shipment and delivery of finished goods.
・Review all export/import shipping documentation for routine shipment. Occasionally request to prepare the documentation for non-routine shipment.
・Assist with analysis of export/import regulations and tracking of changes.
・Responsible for outgoing logistics work flow improvement by working closely with Engineer/Executive and other operational staff and lead or participate in continuous improvement projects.
・Handle Non-Conformance report/Customer Complaint Report which issued by QC team, deal with relevant party to identify the root cause. Obtain preventive action & correction action from relevant party.
・To undertake any other company related work required as directed by the Logistic Executive, Chief Senior or Manager or Management from time- to- time.
・Provide support to the Chief Senior or Manager and other members of the Procurement & Logistics Team and contribute in other ways to the effective functioning of Alert as required.
・Any other duties are completed in a professional and timely manner to appropriate standards.
・Contribute ideas and suggest new initiatives or areas of improvement.
