「CLOSED」SMT Maintenance Senior Executive/Manager – Perai (Ref ID: 12027)

・Develop and implement a preventive maintenance schedule for all SMT equipment to ensure maximum equipment uptime and minimize production downtime.
・Conduct routine inspections of SMT equipment and facilities to identify potential issues and ensure safety and quality standards are met.
・Coordinate with production personnel to schedule maintenance activities and minimize disruption to production operations.
・Train maintenance personnel on the proper operation and maintenance of SMT equipment, and ensure that they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their duties effectively.
・Develop and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including maintenance schedules, equipment maintenance logs, and spare parts inventory.
・Develop and implement a spare parts inventory management system to ensure that critical spare parts are available when needed.
・Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and implement new maintenance strategies to improve equipment performance.
・Manage the budget for SMT equipment maintenance and ensure that expenses are within budgetary limits.
・Develop and maintain relationships with equipment suppliers and vendors to ensure the availability of spare parts and technical support when needed.
・Continuously improve maintenance processes to ensure that they are effective, efficient, and compliant with safety and quality standards.

・Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering, or related field.
・Minimum of 5 years of experience in SMT equipment maintenance, with at least 2 years in a management role.
・Strong knowledge of SMT equipment and maintenance best practices.
・Strong organizational and project management skills.
・Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire a team.
