「CLOSED」Production Manager – Semenyih (Ref ID: 12031)

・Plan and organize production schedules to ensure maximum use of resources while meeting customer demands and quality standards.
・Manage and supervise production teams, providing guidance and support to ensure safety, quality, and productivity targets are met.
・Develop and maintain production standards and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance with regulations and company policies.
・Monitor and report on production performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
・Work closely with other departments such as Sales, Engineering, and Maintenance to optimize production processes, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
・Ensure that all equipment and machinery are in good working condition, and coordinate with the maintenance team for repairs and preventive maintenance schedules.
・Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
・Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and promote a safe working environment.
・Prepare and manage the production budget, monitor expenses, and implement cost-saving initiatives.

・Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
・At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in plastic packaging production
